Digital Sales Executive (E-Commerce)

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Digital Sales Executive (E-Commerce) to manage and convert leads generated through our website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and phone. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable plants and garden products, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries through WhatsApp Business, Instagram/Facebook DMs, website live chat, email, and phone.
• Recommend suitable plants, pots, and outdoor products based on customers’ space, lighting, usage, and maintenance requirements.
• Convert online leads and quotations into confirmed orders while achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up on pending quotations, unanswered enquiries, and abandoned shopping carts.
• Maintain accurate customer records, interaction history, pipeline stages, and contact details in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with the E-Commerce Logistics team and nursery staff to confirm stock availability, dispatch requirements, and timely deliveries.
• Handle post-delivery queries, provide basic plant-care guidance, and resolve customer concerns professionally to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce Sales, Digital Telesales, Luxury Retail, or Real Estate Inside Sales within the UAE.
• Background in home décor, landscaping, nursery, or gardening will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
• Experience managing high-volume WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp Business API or omnichannel platforms such as Zendesk or ManyChat.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Arabic proficiency is highly preferred and will be given priority.
• Persuasive, target-oriented, and confident in closing sales through chat and phone.
• Willingness to learn about plant care, outdoor furniture, and basic landscaping requirements.

Estimator – Infrastructure & Landscape Projects

 We are looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong background in infrastructure and landscape projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for tender pricing, cost analysis, quantity measurement, and commercial evaluation, ensuring accurate and competitive project estimates.

 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, rate build-ups, and tender submissions based on project requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to establish project scope and pricing requirements.
• Carry out quantity take-offs for civil, infrastructure, and landscape works.
• Prepare estimates covering earthworks, roads, utilities, drainage, structures, paving, hardscape, softscape, and irrigation.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Research and maintain current material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor rates.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, commercial, and project teams throughout the tendering process.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant estimating experience, preferably with exposure to both infrastructure and landscape projects.
• Strong understanding of civil and landscape construction methods, materials, specifications, and pricing.
• Proven experience in estimating major works including roads, utilities, drainage, earthworks, structures, hardscape, softscape, and irrigation.
• Ability to interpret civil and landscape drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with attention to detail.

 Software Skills

• CCS Candy Estimation Software – Mandatory.
• AutoCAD for drawing review and quantity verification.
• Experience with CostX, PlanSwift, or similar estimation/take-off software is an advantage.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for pricing, rate analysis, and tender calculations.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project is an advantage.
