Al Bandar – Abu Dhabi

Al Bandar is a vibrant, premium waterfront community developed by Aldar Properties, strategically located on the coast of Al Raha Beach in Abu Dhabi. Functioning as a bustling residential and commercial hub, the development is integrated around a modern marina and features an array of retail outlets, restaurants, and active promenade spaces. The landscape design emphasizes a clean, contemporary maritime aesthetic that blends urban island living with dynamic community spaces.

Proscape was contracted to execute comprehensive landscape works for the project, including high-end hardscape, softscape, landscape lighting, automatic irrigation, and premium timber decking. The execution was further supported by specialized group companies: Metaline for custom handrails and fencing, Stones & Slates for the supply of high-grade granite tiles, Timbertech for the timber decking installation, and Acacia for the sourcing and supply of indigenous and ornamental plants.
