DCH Creek Beach Phase 4 & 5

Creek Beach is a premium pedestrian-friendly residential community developed by Emaar Properties along the Dubai Creek Harbour waterfront. The development blends modern mid-rise residential clusters with an expansive white-sand beach public realm, resort-style amenities, and active promenade walkways.

Proscape was contracted to execute comprehensive premium landscape and recreational infrastructure works for Phase 4 & 5, including hardscape, soft landscape, irrigation networks, swimming pool complexes, and communal active zones. The project was delivered with specialized group companies: Water in Motion (swimming pools), Metaline (metal fences, gates, handrails, shade structures, and cabanas), Stones & Slates (porcelain tiles), Bioscape (planter pots), Tanseeq (pebble seats, precast Resysta benches, litter bins, and bike racks), Tanseeq Projects (play/fitness equipment, hammocks, table tennis, and EPDM flooring), Timbertech (lifeguard chairs), Acacia Garden Centre (in-pool loungers), Landscape Elements (stepping stones and wheel stoppers), and Acacia (plant supply).
