The Cove and Sikka External Public Realm is a premium waterfront district developed by Emaar Properties within Dubai Creek Harbour. This public realm links residential clusters via activated pedestrian walkways (sikkas) and scenic waterfront channels, creating an inviting outdoor environment that prioritizes pedestrian connectivity.

Proscape was contracted to execute comprehensive public realm landscape, infrastructure, and security works, delivering hardscape, soft landscape, irrigation networks, water features, site furniture, landscape lighting, and integrated CCTV and core infrastructure networks. The high-end finish was achieved with key group companies: Water in Motion (water features and pump room engineering), Metaline (guardrails, handrails, and glass balustrades), Tanseeq (litter bins), Bioscape (planter pots with trees), Stones & Slates (natural granite stones), and Acacia (plant supply).
