Dubai Silicon Oasis is a mixed-use establishment and a freezone authority, launched to spotlight technological collaboration and innovation in the region. The community comprises of 100,000 square metres of leasable business space and, additionally, features numerous recreational, leisure and lifestyle facilities, for residents. This includes hospitals, schools, universities, shopping malls, community centres, sporting facilities, like swimming pools and tennis courts,and children’s play areas, that are kept safe by 24-hour security. Dubai Silicon Oasis is also the home of Silicon Park, Dubai’s first smart city, which covers an area of 150,000 square metres of both residential and commercial space. The park operates through a centralized management system, and complies with sustainability initiatives laid out by UAE’s Green Buildings Regulations and Specifications, as well as the international LEED standard.Proscape was contracted to execute the infrastructure landscaping for the whole development.
Proscape also executed the soft landscaping, hard landscaping, water features, landscaping lighting, community parks, swimming pools, and recreation centre for two villa communities.
