The Executive Towers are a mixed-use complex of twelve towers situated in Business Bay, the commercial heart of Dubai, and is one of the first major projects executed by Dubai Properties. The complex comprises ten residential towers, one commercial tower, called Aspect Tower, and the five-star Taj Dubai Hotel, that are all connected via a three-storey podium. The Executive Towers are the first buildings to be completed in Business Bay, and are situated at the entrance of the commercial district.
Proscape was contracted to execute the soft landscaping and hard landscaping for the large podium. Proscape, also, executed the complete landscaping works for the ground level, that includes the promenade, entrance area, recreational park, car park and skate park, on a design and build basis.
