Dubai Hills Estate is a mixed-use master-planned community, comprising high end residential villas and apartments, healthcare facilities, education facilities, and retail, leisure, commercial and entertainment complexes, built around an 18-hole championship golf course. Emaar Properties displayed model villas from Dubai Hills Estate in their Street of Dreams project, a small community of fully-furnished houses, made open to public viewing to increase interest and awareness in the luxury villa community. Driving into the estate, residents and visitors can enjoy the 2.5 kilometre entrance road leading up to the Street of Dreams neighbourhood, that is lined with lush green gardens on either side. All Street of Dreams villas, as well as the non model villas, in the neighbourhood overlook the Dubai Hill Estate Golf Course. Proscape was contracted to execute the complete landscaping works for the entry experience. This includes soft landscaping, water features, walkways, landscape lighting and pylons.
