Town Square is a large-scale development launched by real-estate developer NSHAMA, in 2015. Located on Al Qudra Road, the sprawling community is to be built over a period of ten years and will cover an area of 75 hectares, when completed. It is envisioned to be a smart community, that will eventually comprise 3000 townhouses, 18,000 apartments, a central square that will be sixteen football fields in area, and a vast selection of over 500 shops, cafes and restaurants. Residents will have access to an array of amenities, including multiple jogging and cycling tracks, a cineplex, an open-air cinema, several sporting parks, and a Metro-line and Etihad Rail.
Proscape was contracted to execute the streetscape landscaping of Zahra Community, as well as the swimming pool and recreation centre.
