The UAE Pavilion is a four-storey tall structure, comprising a total area of 15,000 square metres. The distinct fan-shaped architecture of the pavilion was inspired by a falcon’s wing in flight, symbolically representing the forging and pioneering spirit of the
Emirates. It was designed by renowned Spanish architect, Santiago Calatrava. The pavilion comprises a two-storey exhibition centre, an enormous top-storey hospitality lounge, a mezzanine to host entertainment events, an auditorium, food and beverage outlets and VIP seating areas.
Proscape was contracted to execute the soft landscaping, hard landscaping and water features, for the project.
