The North Boulevard Public Realm is a major urban connectivity project developed by Emaar Properties within the master-planned Dubai Hills Estate community. Designed as a sweeping, green-lung thoroughfare, the public realm activates the central boulevard with pedestrian-friendly pathways, native shaded streetscapes, and micro-parks that naturally bridge the gap between high-density residential clusters and commercial zones.
Proscape was contracted to execute turnkey infrastructure and public realm landscape works across the boulevard network, delivering premium hardscape, soft landscape, and water-efficient automatic irrigation networks. The urban intervention focuses heavily on civil micro-connectivity, introducing ambient street-level landscape lighting, structural shading, active pedestrian walkways, and durable outdoor amenities engineered to support a highly accessible and walkable community environment.
