Downtown Opera Grande
Opera Grande is a luxury residential and hospitality-driven high-rise tower developed by Emaar Properties, situated in the heart of the prestigious Opera District in Downtown Dubai. Positioned adjacent to the Dubai Opera, the development offers sophisticated urban living with seamless pedestrian connectivity to the district's vibrant cultural hubs, luxury retail promenades, and high-end hospitality venues.
Proscape was contracted to execute premium landscape and public realm works for the tower's podium and surrounding streetscape. The scope encompassed high-end hardscape finishes, soft landscape layouts, automatic irrigation networks, custom site furniture, ambient landscape lighting, and architectural metal installations. The project was delivered in collaboration with specialized group companies: Metaline (engineered aluminum louvers), Stones & Slates (premium natural granite stones), Bioscape (specialized planter pots integrated with plants), Tanseeq (litter bins and bike racks), and Acacia (plant supply).
