Address Residences Dubai Opera is an ultra-luxury hospitality and residential twin-tower development by Emaar Properties, located in the heart of Downtown Dubai’s Opera District. Positioned within walking distance of the Dubai Opera and the Burj Lake, this flagship development blends premium hotel-serviced living with an activated, pedestrian-friendly urban plaza that connects the towers directly to the surrounding cultural and retail destinations.
Proscape was contracted to deliver the complete high-end landscape and external public realm works for the project. The scope included premium hardscape finishes, soft landscaping, automatic irrigation networks, ambient landscape lighting, site furniture, and custom architectural metal installations. The luxury execution was supported by specialized group companies: Metaline (engineered aluminum louvers and handrails), Stones & Slates (premium porcelain tiles and natural granite stones), Bioscape (curated planter pots with integrated plant setups), Tanseeq (litter bins and bike racks), and Acacia (plant supply).
