The IR209_1 project is a critical green infrastructure and municipal irrigation development commissioned by Dubai Municipality along Sheikh Zayed Road. Strategically located along Dubai’s main transit artery, the project was executed to enhance the city's urban landscape aesthetic while expanding its treated sewage effluent (TSE) distribution network for sustainable civic greening.
Proscape executed the technical civil, landscape, and infrastructure works for this key transport corridor. The scope encompassed durable hardscaping, extensive soft landscape layouts, automated irrigation networks, and centralized water distribution systems. The heavy engineering and MEP components were delivered using specialized group company Water in Motion (WIM), which handled the structural construction and mechanical fit-out of the main irrigation pump room.
