City Walk – Central Park Phase 2 & 3

City Walk Central Park Phase 2 & 3 extends Dubai’s flagship urban park at City Walk for DHRE, with consultant Parsons. Completed in 2026, the works create a vibrant recreation destination – jogging and cycle tracks, a skate park, pump track and scooter track, children’s play areas, a fitness park and sports courts set within fully landscaped grounds. The scope spans hard and soft landscaping, irrigation, landscape lighting, shade structures, aluminium fencing, wayfinding, and integrated BGM, CCTV and stormwater drainage systems – delivered by the Tanseeq Investment Group’s specialist companies.
