Business Bay Parks is a premier urban recreational development by Dubai Holding Real Estate (DHRE), strategically positioned along the canal networks of the high-density Business Bay district. The project introduces vital public parks, active waterfront promenades, and outdoor fitness destinations into Dubai’s central business zone.

Proscape was contracted to execute comprehensive landscape and infrastructure works, delivering hardscape, soft landscape, automatic irrigation, landscape lighting, signages, and street furniture. The specialized scope was completed with group companies: Metaline (shade structures, metal fences, and handrails), Tanseeq Projects (play/fitness equipment and court surfaces), Tanseeq (aluminum edging and street furniture), Landscape Elements (precast benches), and Acacia (plant supply).
