Key Responsibilities

Design and develop irrigation systems for landscape projects.
Prepare detailed irrigation shop drawings, layouts, and hydraulic calculations.

Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Project Manager to lead and deliver high-profile landscape construction projects across the Middle East, with a strong focus on the UAE.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in Civil Engineering
10–15 years of proven experience in the landscape construction industry
Experience handling high-profile clients in the Middle East
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Overall project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control
Preparation, monitoring and regular updating of project programs
Cost control and budget monitoring throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and manage the project construction team
Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact
Efficient utilization of manpower, machinery and other resources
Establish, monitor and report weekly KPIs
Ensure timely submission of monthly valuations in coordination with the QS team

BIM Modeler

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage landscape BIM models in Autodesk Revit (hardscape, softscape, site furniture, irrigation zones)
Create and maintain Revit families for landscape elements (trees, paving, lighting, furniture, etc.)
Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, and MEP teams for model integration
Perform clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks and resolve issues
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation directly from Revit models
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows within Revit environment
Manage model levels, grids, shared coordinates, and work sets
Ensure proper Level of Development (LOD) as per project stage
Extract BOQs, schedules, and reports from Revit models
Support BIM Execution Plan (BEP) implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications

As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and processing orders, and maintaining records of all orders and supplies. Additionally, you will work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and sufficient stocking of materials and equipment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
2-4 years’ experience as a Store Keeper.
