Planning Engineer (Infrastructure / Landscape) – 25PLE11

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in landscape projects, with additional experience in infrastructure works such as roads, bridges, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in coordination with project teams.
• Prepare baseline programs, progress updates, and recovery schedules.
• Analyze project performance, identify delays, and propose corrective measures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and resource histograms for management review.
• Ensure planning and reporting align with project specifications and contractual requirements.
• Support project teams in EOT (Extension of Time) analysis and claim preparation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in landscape and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Sound understanding of project management principles, sequencing, and construction methodology.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure) – 25QS11

We are urgently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team and lead the commercial functions for ongoing infrastructure projects for our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in all aspects of project cost control, contracts administration, and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the project commercial team to ensure effective cost and contract management.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare monthly and final accounts.
• Handle subcontractor payments, material purchase orders, and related documentation.
• Prepare and evaluate new item pricing, EOT (Extension of Time) cost claims, and variations.
• Review and interpret FIDIC and CESMM contract conditions for compliance.
• Prepare and manage contractual correspondence and maintain proper commercial records.
• Generate and present commercial and cost reports to the management.
• Coordinate with the project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 7–10 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure or construction projects.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a commercial team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Estimator (Infrastructure) – 25ER11

We are seeking a skilled Estimator with hands-on experience in infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, and related civil works for our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender documentation, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive and compliant bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Conduct quantity take-off from drawings and prepare BOQ.
• Prepare and send tender queries and floating inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Evaluate received quotations and ensure accurate pricing comparisons.
• Prepare rate analysis and pricing using MS Excel or CANDY software.
• Support the bid preparation and submission process.
• Coordinate with the engineering and procurement teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
• Maintain a database of material, labor, and subcontractor costs for reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 4-6 years of estimation experience in infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).

Storekeeper (24SK01)

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and processing orders, and maintaining records of all orders and supplies. Additionally, you will work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and sufficient stocking of materials and equipment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
2-4 years’ experience as a Store Keeper.
Excellent knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping processes.
Proficient in the use of inventory management software and MS Office applications.
Collaborate with accounts, purchase, and logistics teams to address shipments and inventory-related matters.
Receive goods in accordance with local/overseas suppliers’ purchase orders, and generate Goods Received Notes.
Promptly communicate any damaged, shortage, or excess units to respective sales coordinators/ Admin in the email correspondence.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

The Safety Officer will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring, evaluation and coordination of all Health & Safety activities. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant local and international laws and regulations, conducting thorough accident investigations, and providing training on safety protocols and procedures.

Expertise in Health & Safety with a relevant B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, NEBOSH (IGC) Certificates
Experience in Occupational Health, Accident Investigation, and Security
Excellent Safety Training skills and ability to conduct training sessions on safety protocols and procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi & Urdu
Knowledge of local and international safety laws and regulations
3 to 5 years’ experience in the landscaping, construction and infrastructure projects
Familiar with preparation of HSE plan, MSRA & training.
