DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels and Resorts Dubai

The DAMAC Paramount Towers Dubai is a premium four-tower development, located in Business Bay. The complex comprises three residential towers and the world’s first Paramount Hotel and Paramount Residences. The towers are a stylishly designed complex, with all four buildings built identical to each other, and ‘bound’ together by a ground level-podium. All towers will be connected via a multi-level plaza, that will include a wide range of restaurants, bars, sports and gym facilities, retail outlets and leisure amenities.
Proscape was contracted to execute the complete landscaping works at the podium and ground levels. for the project.
