The Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah is a prestigious five-star beachfront resort in Dubai. To maintain its world-class luxury standing, this phase focused on upgrading its exclusive beachfront public realm, outdoor lounges, and private dining terraces to blend high-end hospitality with resort-style coastal recreation.

Proscape executed the premium external landscape and structural turnkey works for the resort. The scope included luxury hardscaping, soft landscaping, automated irrigation, ambient landscape lighting, custom outdoor furniture, and architectural timber features. The high-end details were delivered using specialized group companies: Metaline (shade structures, architectural metal screens, and metal planters), Stones & Slates (porcelain tiles and a premium travertine stone bar counter), Timbertech (wooden decking, outdoor wooden counters, wooden signage, VIP sofa sets, private cabanas, and wooden pergolas), Bioscape (curated planter pots with plants), and Acacia (plant supply).
