The Address Fountain Views is another one of the many exclusive projects of Address Hotels + Resorts group, UAE. They are a three-tower complex on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, in Downtown Dubai, that is situated opposite Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The complex comprises two residence towers and the five-star Address Fountain Hotel. Located just a short distance away from the Dubai Fountain, residents and guests have a direct view of the attraction, and the entire Burj Khalifa Park. The hotel offers ipad operated room services, deluxe accommodation, three swimming pools, incredible views of Downtown Dubai, and fine-dining restaurants.
Proscape was contracted to execute the soft landscaping, hard landscaping, swimming pools, water features and landscape lighting, for the project.
