Proscape was contracted to execute comprehensive turnkey landscape and specialized infrastructure works across the development, delivering high-end hardscape, soft landscape, and automatic irrigation systems alongside advanced landscape lighting, signage, and street furniture. The multi-disciplinary scope focused heavily on community play and fitness infrastructure, utilizing specialized sister companies for seamless delivery: Metaline for the fabrication and installation of architectural shade structures, metal fencing, and safety handrails; Tanseeq Projects for the complete supply and installation of play equipment, fitness zones, active play courts, and performance sports surfaces; Tanseeq for aluminum landscape edging and street furniture components; Landscape Elements for custom-cast precast benches; and Acacia for the sourcing and planting of robust, urban-adapted flora.
