Central Park at City Walk is a premium, nature-inspired residential and recreational community by Dubai Holding Real Estate (DHRE), located in the heart of City Walk. The development reimagines urban living by embedding modern residential buildings within a massive, lush green parkland network.
Proscape was contracted to execute extensive turnkey landscape, infrastructure, and MEP works for Phase 1. The scope included hardscape, softscape, irrigation, landscape lighting, jogging and cycling tracks, artificial golf courts, play areas, site furniture, metal works, wayfinding signage, BGM and CCTV systems, alongside potable and stormwater networks. The project was delivered with specialized
