Downtown Dubai Development

The Burj Khalifa Park is a world-class 11-hectare mega-park that surrounds the iconic 828-meter tower, acting as the green centerpiece of the Downtown Dubai master development. Designed by SWA to mirror the geometric symmetry of the desert rose (Hymenocallis), the park serves as a premium civic destination engineered to host thousands of visitors, major public events, and celebrations. It features a sweeping lake promenade, meticulously curated gardens, and the Boardwalk—a floating walkway slicing through the Burj Lake that offers unparalleled views of the Dubai Fountain.

Proscape was contracted to execute the comprehensive, premium turnkey landscaping works for this global landmark. The expansive engineering scope encompassed high-durability hardscaping, specialized soft landscaping, automatic irrigation systems, and ambient landscape lighting. Additionally, the project required the precise installation of high-end architectural metal works and complex, choreographed water features developed in coordination with WET Design, delivering an iconic urban landscape that complements the world's tallest building.
