Dubai Creek Beach - New Beach & Public Realm
The New Beach & Public Realm is an expansion of the signature waterfront leisure destination by Emaar Properties at Dubai Creek Harbour. This phase introduces an enhanced urban beach experience, integrating public recreation spaces, a lagoon pool, and active family zones along the creek waterfront.
Proscape executed the turnkey landscape, civil building, and infrastructure works, including hardscape, soft landscape, irrigation, landscape lighting, CCTV, and background music (BGM) systems. The destination's specialized elements were delivered via group companies: Water in Motion (lagoon pool, splash pad, guard rooms, and toilet blocks), Metaline (shade structures, cabanas, changing rooms, guardrails, and fencing/gates), Bioscape (planter pots with plants), Tanseeq (litter bins), Tanseeq Projects (Pebbletech pool and Polysoft splash pad finishes), Timbertech (WPC decking and lifeguard chairs), and Acacia (plant supply).
