Marina Vista is a premium waterfront residential community developed by Emaar Properties, located on the vibrant beachfront of Dubai Harbour. Positioned between Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and Palm Jumeirah, the luxury twin-tower development offers upscale maritime living with immediate beach access and panoramic harbor views.
Proscape executed the comprehensive landscape and recreational infrastructure works for the residential towers and podium. The scope covered hardscape, soft landscape, automatic irrigation, premium swimming pools, and dedicated family play areas. The project's specialized elements were delivered via group companies: Water in Motion (swimming pools), Metaline (shade structures, gates, and fences), Stones & Slates (porcelain tiles), Bioscape (planter pots with plants), Tanseeq (litter bins and bike racks), and Acacia (plant supply).
