Dubai Hills Estate is an exclusive mixed-use development in Mohammad Bin Rashid City. One of its many amenities is a Splash Park for children and toddlers, complete with slides, a puddle pool and many kid-friendly water-activities. A few steps down from the Splash Park is the Wave Pool, that is a relatively new addition to Dubai Hills Estate. It is a shallow pool designed to replicate a glittering beach sea-side, in which children and toddlers can safely play. Residents can also enjoy two newly constructed skateparks. One of the skateparks is exclusively for children and comprises an amoebic design, with mild transitions. The second skatepark caters to adults and teenagers, from beginner to expert level of skill. It is made up of two sections, comprising a street plaza with ledges, banks, rails and ramps, and a transition section with two mediumdeep bowls to challenge the more serious skateboarders. Water In Motion LLC, a group company, designed and constructed the Splash Park and Wave Pool.
