Khazna Data Center is a high-security, mission-critical technology facility designed to support the region’s growing digital infrastructure and cloud computing demands. Given the industrial and high-security nature of data center developments, the surrounding public realm and external perimeters require durable infrastructure, clear service pathways, and functional, low-maintenance green spaces.
Proscape executed the external civil, landscape, and infrastructure works for the facility. The scope combined heavy-duty civil works—including asphalt road layouts and durable hardscape paving—with soft landscaping, automated irrigation networks, and architectural metal installations. The green footprint and buffer zones were completed using specialized group company Acacia, which handled the supply of hardy, climate-resilient plants.
