Madinat Badr is an award-winning neighbourhood at the heart of Muhaisnah, an upscale residential district in Dubai. The quaint architecture of the buildings, and the beautifully landscaped walkways, emulate the warm charm of a traditional Mediterranean town. Residents have access to a multitude of amenities, including a grand central park, community swimming pool, boutique shops and cafes, a healthcare clinic, children’s nursery, and a community centre. Madinat Badr comprises eleven apartment complexes that are designed to allow in an abundance of natural light, and is one of the unique features of the community.
Proscape was contracted to execute the soft landscaping, hard landscaping, swimming pool and landscape lighting, for the project.
